Comprehension skills are integral to student success. Join this session to learn how to teach reading comprehension by using explicit instruction. You will learn two instructional strategies for summarizing material that will help your learners build comprehension and critical thinking skills. The strategies presented require minimal prep time for the teacher, have a high impact on student learning, and can be adapted for students at any level.
You will receive 1.5 hour of PD credit in LACES upon completion of this event.
