Whether you are embarking on your first continuous improvement journey or looking to refresh your ongoing efforts, this Community of Practice (CoP) offers a collaborative, peer-focused series to support you as you move from planning to action.
Building on the Continuous Improvement Planning course, this CoP brings together adult education leaders and teams who are currently implementing a continuous improvement plan. Each session will address a different topic related to implementation and sustained practice through readings, individual reflection, peer sharing, and collaborative troubleshooting.
Format & Requirements: This course consists of three synchronous, online sessions of 1.5 hours each, plus a half-hour of asynchronous pre-work for each session. The total estimated time to complete this course is 6 hours. Participants are encouraged but not required to attend all sessions.

Session 2:
