Brief Job Description:
• Teach a multidisciplinary social studies and English language arts curriculum to adults in a high school equivalency program • Develop lesson plans that meet college and career readiness standards • Prepare students to succeed on the Reading, Social Studies, and Writing high school equivalency exams (HiSET/GED) • Promote inquiry, critical thinking, and curiosity. • Work as a team with other teachers and staff to develop materials, lessons, and share best practices
