Brief Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be bilingual, and have experience with college and career advising. In addition, the professional will focus on supporting student attendance, and identify and utilize evidence-based practices that will improve adult learner retention. The professional will develop culturally responsive and sustaining advising practices to assist students in removing barriers to their success in achieving their academic and career goals.
