MassSTEP Sharing Groups
MassSTEP Sharing Groups are peer-facilitated sharing and learning groups that are organized around common challenges and successes experienced by MassSTEP programs. Staff in all roles are welcome. ACLS staff members are invited to some meetings to share information and answer questions.

MassSTEP Syllabus: Build a Roadmap to Success
A well-designed syllabus acts as a roadmap for staff, students, and partners alike, and is a key to program sustainability. This course is for all MassSTEP program staff who want to make their programs more sustainable and more effective by using a syllabus with clear learning goals.
October 14 - October 28, 2026
MassSTEP Curriculum: Build Integrated Lessons that Work
There is a lot that goes into developing a successful MassSTEP curriculum. The idea is to seamlessly integrate and contextualize academic skills, workforce preparation activities, and workforce training into a curriculum that meets student and employer needs. Some find that easier said than done!
This two-part offering provides participants with the skills to develop contextualized, relevant, and achievable MassSTEP lesson plans. All participating programs will receive feedback on their work and will be eligible to receive customized curriculum coaching from a subject matter expert.

MassSTEP Program-Based Coaching (December 2026–May 2027)
Nationally trained IET (MassSTEP) coaches can help your program address current challenges and answer questions about MassSTEP.. More information is coming soon. Please contact Dani Scherer with questions.

MassSTEP Peer Resource Repository
In response to your requests, SABES is developing a peer resource repository featuring resources developed by other MassSTEP programs.
The resource repository needs your resources! Please take some time to submit resources from your folders and desktops. Resource submissions are accepted on an ongoing basis.

It is ideal for new MassSTEP staff, existing staff taking on new responsibilities, or anyone looking to increase their knowledge and skills related to MassSTEP design and implementation.
