Brief Job Description:
The Senior Program Manager for Adult Education will serve as the agency’s technical authority and subject-matter expert for adult education programs and policy development and provide field-building to support, convene, and build the capacity of adult education providers in Boston.

Experience Required:
Current knowledge of adult education theories and principles at a strategic level to provide expert advice and consultation. This knowledge is normally acquired through a Master's Degree in adult education or its equivalent or through extensive experience
