The Workforce Development Racial Equity Readiness Assessment tool is a resource designed to guide workforce development organizations and practitioners alike through evaluating their programs and supporting goals of racial equity. Organizations and programs will self-evaluate areas such as values and culture, customer access to services and disparities, curriculum, leadership and staffing, and external relationships.

This collection of resources consists of recommendations and tools for ensuring that various forms of content are accessible for students according to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). These guidelines and resources are distilled into a set of simpler principles, as captured by the acronym POUR, that define four qualities of an accessible user experience: perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust.
