The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) has been in effect for over 25 years, and many people are still confused about how the ADA defines disability and what is required of education providers under the law. To help AE programs ensure that students with disabilities can fully participate in the learning process, the Program Support PD Center hosted a series of webinars in November, 2018.
