Allison Griffin is passionate about the value Newsela texts and tools can bring to readers and learners of all ages and the educators who work with them. As a Professional Learning Manager at Newsela, she designs and delivers professional learning experiences to support educators in designing accessible, engaging, and effective learning experiences that leverage Newsela's timely, authentic content.

Prior to her work in edtech, Allison spent 12 years as a teacher and an instructional coach in the public schools of Massachusetts and Arizona.  She's a proud Boston University grad who holds both her undergraduate and Masters degree from the School of Education (now Wheelock College of Education and Human Development).

Linnette Mancuso has been working in Customer Success for over 20 years and has been in the Ed Tech space for 12 years. She has experience in Early Childhood Education, K-12 and now Adult Education with EnGen. She leads a team of seven experienced, hardworking individuals, who are highly motivated to help the immigrant and refugee population learn the English they need to succeed in the United States.
