Jeannine Terra is the Advisor and Coordinator of a newly grant-funded IET program at Bristol Community College. She loves to meet new people and learn from them, and enjoys networking and sharing resources and new ideas.

Jeannine has worked in Adult Education since 2002 in non-profit and community college settings, teaching all levels of ESOL and all levels of HiSET classes for ELA, Social Studies and Science. She is a STAR-certified Reading Instructor, and serves as an ELA coach and Distance Learning coach for SABES.

Jeannine’s adult ed. work is informed by her earlier positions in Early Childhood Education (1995-2001), including preschool teacher’s aide for a boy with ADHD, and director of a small Head Start program in Fall River; and by her work as a lead teacher and co-director of a small cooperative school in Central Asia (2012-2014).

Jeannine has a Bachelor of Arts in English from Bridgewater State University, and Director II certification in Early Childhood Education.
