Pam Dempsey-O’Connell is the Coordinator of Instructional Technology and Assessment for the SABES English Language Arts C&I PD Center. She is responsible for working with subject matter experts and consultants to create engaging and meaningful PD. Pam has over 25 years of experience in adult education, in different states, 16 years at Mount Wachusett Community College, in a wide range of positions; ASE instructor, family literacy instructor, transitions math instructor, technology coordinator, distance learning coach, advisor, and program site manager.  She has her M.Ed. in Instructional Design from UMass Boston.
