Rachel has over 10 years of experience in adult ESOL teaching and program management, spanning diverse educational contexts in the United States and abroad. Her work is informed by this professional experience, as well as her academic background in linguistics and post-graduate coursework in TESOL.
In her current role, she oversees curriculum development, professional development, and digital literacy integration. She previously served as ESOL Instructor and Lead Instructor.
She has presented at regional and national education conferences on topics including the flipped remote classroom, evidence-based reading instruction, and digital literacy integration in adult ESOL education.
