PSPD offers individual and program-based coaching for staff in any role looking to grow and strengthen their practice in any of our key priority areas, which include educational leadership and program management, advising, career pathways, digital literacy, and ADA coordination. We also offer individual coaching and support for those looking to acquire a professional ABE license. If interested, please submit a Contact Us request.

All PD offerings are online and facilitated unless indicated otherwise.

If your program is interested in learning how to be more inclusive of all learners, including those with disabilities, then you might benefit from being coached by a disability inclusion expert. The SABES Program Support team is currently offering program-based coaching that will launch in January 2025. Read more about program-based coaching and/or share our flyer with colleagues. All interested programs will need to complete the interest form by December 13.  Anyone can complete the interest form on behalf of their program. For each request, we will reach out to the program director or contact to discuss options. Program-based coaching offers the opportunity to work with a subject matter expert to evaluate your program's strengths and opportunities for improvement, create an action plan, and receive support for implementation. Coaching is highly customized, as programs choose how much time and effort they have to invest in this. If you're interested in other coaching from SABES, please visit our new Coaching Hub.

We look forward to working with you!
